From June to September: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. (a la carte). Reservations are welcome.
Chef Fabian Terzer prepares mouthwatering dishes typical of South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine – all from fresh ingredients. All of our products come from organic and/or biodynamic cultivation, and most from regional operations.
We will also serve you the appropriate South Tyrolean quality wines to accompany your meal. Lagrein, Kalterer See, and Gewürztraminer are only some of the South Tyrolean quality wines in our cellar. And we think that you’ll be enchanted by the high-quality organic wines which are gaining in popularity throughout our province.
