Chef Fabian Terzer prepares mouthwatering dishes typical of South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine – all from fresh ingredients. All of our products come from organic and/or biodynamic cultivation, and most from regional operations.

We prepare high-quality biodynamic (Demeter) products. Our dishes are prepared with great attention to detail and professionalism. In addition to meat dishes We also have a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Indeed, our menu has something delicious for everyone!

We will also serve you the appropriate South Tyrolean quality wines to accompany your meal. Lagrein, Kalterer See, and Gewürztraminer are only some of the South Tyrolean quality wines in our cellar. And we think that you’ll be enchanted by the high-quality organic wines which are gaining in popularity throughout our province.
